Nissan Service

I brought a Nissan vehicle and RAM truck to get both winterized and have winter tires put on the Nissan. I worked with JP for both cars, and he was very helpful and friendly. The Uber shuttle service was also extremely convenient, and not something I've had at any other repair shop.

Brought my vehicle in for a winter tire change appointment at 8:45 and was told it would be about 2 hours. They don’t have loaner vehicles but do have a Lyft program so I decided to run some errands. Called just after 11 and was told my truck hadn’t even been started and would be at least another 2 hours. Took a Lyft back to the dealer and ended up waiting for another 3:25. 6 hours for tires, with an appointment seems pretty ridiculous to me. However, the cherries on top were that the next day one of the tires was already flat. Due to the amount of tooling marks left on the rims I can only assume they damaged the bead or the rim. Called to see if they would make it right and was told I wouldn’t be given any priority as they were already booked up, telling me I would probably have to leave

My boyfriend and I just moved up from Washington, with our two pups, 2020 Armada, and travel trailer. After driving the Alcan, we definitely needed an oil change. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and everyone on the phone and in person was extremely nice. Service prices were in line with what we're used to, and they had a good selection of pet accessories that were more than reasonable (we'll be back for a pet partition when they get more in stock). For as busy as they were, our wait time wasn't too bad. We did also end up needing an air filter change (not unexpected), and got our tires rotated. Great service department. Elijah was very friendly and exceptionally helpful when I brought my truck in for front end repairs. The company really took care of me when the industry strike caused long waits for parts. 10/10 would recommend.

They had my friends car for a month, a whole month and they didn't even do anything to the car. They tried to tell him he needed a new catalytic converter. The only thing wrong with it was the spark plugs needed to be changed. Then while under their care, they busted the wheel cover and rim. Do NOT take your car this dealership. They told my friend they would change out the spark plugs for $500.
