O'Brien Auto Glass

I was visiting Flagstaff from out of state and discovered a 10” crack in my windshield on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm. Amazingly, Patrick picked up the phone. When I asked him if he could epoxy the crack the next morning, he admitted that with a crack that size there was still a 50-50 chance it would spread even if epoxied. He told me it would be a waste of my money since I’d get a new windshield anyway, once I get home. He also left me with the cheerful comment “Don’t worry, it’s not gonna cave in on you!” He was right. Overall, this was an amazing experience.

Patrick is tremendously professional. He is punctual, efficient, and kind. We have a fleet of vehicles, and he is our window repair guy. He even makes sure that the many dogs on our property are given treats and pets. If you have any auto glass repair needs, he is the guy to call!
