One Stop Flagstaff Car Wash

I got the ultimate plan for a month at about $35. The wash does pretty well but it doesn't really dry my car. When I asked about the drying problem the employee said to ask for it to be slowed down when I go through. You also need to tell them to give your grill a bug scrub when you go through it. It seems like they don't even do it if it obviously needs it. The vacuum section has gotten worse and the last two times I've used it there is nearly any suction. They also have an air compressor which was nice for getting water out of those places you can't get with a rag. They should definitely work in the drying portion of drive through wash and just have it slowed down automatically since it seems to be a problem and the suction for their vacuums.

Doesn’t take dullys and the self service is only 20” long so my 3500 doesn’t fit well in it making it hard to wash there. Also the air dryer was broken. Not sure why dullys aren’t allowed. Normally on track systems they work fine.

Self serve brush had no soap and it rubbed grease all over my car. Cash accepter not working,so used debit card and they charged my card more than $10 when it only costs 5$. Then they refused to give me refund because "Manager not here. I will have my bank reverse charge for fraud. Incompetent!

I cancelled my unlimited membership in September '25, but One Stop continues to charge me every month. I have contacted them, but the issue has not been resolved. Very frustrating experience

Hunter was awesome. He totally helped us get our car cleaned in a great way. Highly recommend this car wash!
