Bill Brigham/July 23, 2025 I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer from Metro West and unfortunately after a few days the engine warning light came on. Metro West referred me to OnRadar for the analysis and repair. I got an appointment for 9 AM. Juan greeted me and told me that he would first find out the what the issue was and then would do the necessary repair. In about 45 minutes Juan told me the problem had something to do with fuel and oxygen. One part had to be ordered and was delivered quickly. The repair was done, and I was on my way by 10:15. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done,

It's the best auto repair shop in Auburn. My car has a problem with the battery and it won't let me start the engine after jump start and battery reattachment. But, instead of towing the car to the service center, the mechanic is able to come to my house, start the car, and ride it to the repair shop for further diagnostic. The guy is very knowledgeable and does communicate very well with me about the problem. Not only that, but he also offer me a really reasonable price then any other repair shop I've been to. If there were a problem with my vehicle next time, I will definitely come to this place. 100% recommended

This is the best garage I’ve ever been to . It’s hard to find an honest mechanic , but this is one . Very curious, friendly , excellent customer service. And very knowledgeable. I had taken my vehicle to two other mechanics before this one they couldn’t figure out the problem, I came here and within minutes he diagnosed the problem and took care of it . My vehicle it’s been working like a charm since , I recommend this garage to anyone , they be honest , upfront, work with you , they have great prices and excellent service .
