Don’t shop here. I have shopped here for years.They accidentally gave me a used rotor in a sealed/taped box, and then tried to say it could have been the mechanics fault. They say they open everything before it leaves the store. I asked them to review the video, and of course they denied to even look by themselves. Just one employee backing up another . We all make mistakes, but not trying to make it right, or see if they followed policy is trash. The store has gone down hill, since Heath left

Terrible experience. My son was sold a bad rotar and break from them, when I went to exchange it- they then accused him of trying to steal it and wouldn’t exchang because they checked all the parts before he walked out. When I asked to see the video footage of the incident and them checking everything before being sold, they Refused to let me see the video and nobody will talk to me about it.

This store not only accused a friend of lying about a used rotor, they accused a 17yo of trying to leave the store without paying for $500 worth of merchandise, that came from behind the counter! After getting the entire family in an uproar the district manager finally watched the video and is now apologizing to the involved parties! Shame on this store! Get your facts straight before you make assumptions just so you don’t have to admit selling a used rotor!

Its my favorite place to go to end up looking up my own stuff on their computer.

They had the part I needed at an affordable price and available in a timely manner
