On August 9, 2025, around 11:00 a.m., I purchased a Meguiar’s Whole Car Air Re-Fresher at O’Reilly Auto Parts – Fergus Falls. I followed the instructions exactly, and during use, the spray landed on the overhead console of my Mazda CX-90, leaving a permanent stain. The damage is irreversible, and the replacement part costs over $300. Today, August 10, 2025, I went to the store around 3:30 p.m. to file my claim, and the salesperson named Alex became upset with me, was rude, and told me to “put gasoline in it,” referring to my vehicle — which is an expensive car. I find both the damage caused by the product and the employee’s attitude unacceptable. I have photos and proof of purchase to support my claim and expect the company and manufacturer to take responsibility.

We had an easy time picking out our new battery. Love the warranty too.

Had great service help me with everything I needed after a warning from my car

I was sold an oil filter with NO gasket after I removed the faulty part and noticed the problem i brought it back and they refused to refund me because I had already installed it. This was at the fergus falls location Alex sold me the part. The man the next day said all workers are supposed to check parts before selling them so he basically blamed Alex. I will not be shopping at Oriellys ANY more.

Parts are over priced I recommend for buyers online purchase than going to O’Reilly’s like rock auto and others more preferable !
