I had an uncomfortable experience here. A staff member made a comment about Koreans while looking at me, which felt inappropriate and culturally insensitive. As a Korean, it made me feel like I was being judged based on my appearance. I hope the staff can be more mindful and professional in the future.

I've normally had a pretty good experience at this store but I won't be going back the manager was rude and just dismissed me with out and help replacing my battery or helping with another one. I bought a battery for a show car back on 4/24 it's now 9/24 the battery won't hold a charge and I've got 4 cranks out of it. What a rip off!! Do not buy O'Reilly Batteries Supper Start is crap!!! I normally buy a lot from them but I won't be back.

Aside from the fact that I went there for my son in law, I don't shop there. The sales person was excellent. I was helped quickly. After my purchase (auto battery & to be installed), I had to wait over 15 minutes for the installation . Not enough help in the store to serve the customers. The store was filthy. The shelves and stock items were deep in dust, which was obviously not cleaned in ages. The pictures will tell of the overall experience. They were taken at the front door.

I love shopping at this store! 💃The staff are super helpful and willing to do what they can to assist customers. I like that the staff are a mix - culture and gender - so most anyone can feel comfortable walking in the door and getting help. Tonight, I needed a can of transmission line cooler flush. I ordered it online, waited two hours, then called to verify if the order was ready. It was and I headed down to pick it up. When I arrived, the order was on the counter. Andrew, the fellow at the counter, found the brass connector I needed to ensure the cleaner would traverse out of the can and into the coolant line with the least spillage. Good man...🤗

Mr. Jim delivers exceptional customer service! I usually feel anxious when visiting auto shops, but he instantly made me feel at ease. His friendly demeanor and genuine smile made the experience enjoyable. He efficiently gathered all the products I needed for my stepdad to get my car back in shape.
