Showed up at 6:57 PM on Sunday. Closing time is posted as 7:00 PM, the open sign was still on, and employees saw us, but the doors were already locked and we weren’t let in. I just needed a quick yes-or-no on a spark plug boot, which would have taken two minutes. If you close at 7:00, customers should be able to walk in until 7:00.

I had a headlight out on my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. When I YouTubed how to replace it....I knew to avoid it until I was pulled over😳 So today I went to O'Reilly's in Rhinelander and a young man named Riley (for real) sold me a pair of new headlights. AND installed them! I am so very grateful

I stopped in to pick up some brake fluid right at closing time only to realize I had forgotten my wallet at home…one of the gentleman working there, I believe his name is Tony, had offered to pay for it himself. 5 stars to Tony for being a good dude!

My son was in there yesterday to check an engine light problem. Canopy and the whole staff were very helpful and friendly during his visit. Canopy even made a couple suggestions for local mechanics that might work Saturdays due to his work schedule during the week. Great job team Rhinelander!
