I stopped by for an oil change on 1.10.26 early morning ish and i wanted to drop a review to brag about Their teams exceptional service in making sure i was safe made my whole day brighter ( even when there was a storm/ pre tornado outside.) Everyone was welcoming and joking around. It’s so refreshing to see work environments that naturally work together with smiles. They made sure to take care of all their calls with bright attitude and turns out i needed a tire or two but they really just showed out in the best way. The young woman behind the counter is an outstanding employee, give her a raise.11/10

2012 Civic - Cooling System and Brakes (Aug 16-17, 2025) These are super friendly folks, but that is, unfortunately, not the most important thing to have in mechanics. They lied to me at least twice about what they looked at or checked, and their ability to diagnose vehicle issues is garbage. 1. I originally came in 8/9/25 because the engine was overheating. They did an inspection of the cooling system (~$50) and recommended replacing the radiator (~$650), which I made an appointment for 8/16. They did replace the radiator, but didn't refill the cooling system sufficiently, so the engine hot light came on again on 8/22. I filled the coolant, which will hopefully resolve the problem - I will update if not. (UPDATE 9/2: it has a coolant leak which is only getting worse. Looks like they did

Absolutely the worst experience and the wrong place to go to get your car repaired or serviced! This place is serving two major universities Auburn University and Tuskegee University in which they are robbing these students. I arrived in Atlanta in the 7 May 2025 to pick up my student that had to be out of her apartment by 9 May 2025. Upon arrival I noticed the car making a truck noise so my student made an appointment at this Pepboys and my car has been here ever since Thursday and it’s now Saturday well after the time the manager Robert said to me this morning when I spoke to him! Now he’s gone to go and another aftermarket part for my car which is putting me and my student further and further away from us leaving Alabama and returning to our home state! My experience at this location was probably one of the best on-the-go repair experiences I've ever had. Our rental car had a bum tire, and after arguing with the rental agency for a while, I decided to just go handle it so we could safely drive an hour and a half back to Atlanta without drama. From the moment Tessa answered the phone, she was polite, accommodating, and did exactly what was promised. They had the tire in stock, didn't inundate me with up-selling (because they understood this is a rental vehicle, and not my own), and documented everything appropriately so I can battle Avis to get reimbursed for the repair. Hihgly recommend this location!

I was in a jam, stranded due to a tire puncture, in the middle of rural Alabama. I needed to find a place and a specific tire for my vehicle fast as we had a critical appointment the very next week early. Pep Boys on College Street in Auburn, AL came through for me. JONATHAN , the manager, responded quickly, finding the exact tire and facilitating my quick purchase via mobile pay so ordering for next day delivery could occur. This was all on a Sunday. The next day when we arrived the tire was there waiting. Installation was nearly immediate. We were back on the road and made our destination on time. Hard to find places like this who are highly responsible and customer focused. Go see them if you are in a jam or in need of car service. This place is well managed and has a great team. Allen
