Is the service workers five stars the work performed five stars but the online scheduling one because it overbooked the shop to where they can’t get to your car the first day I know it’s a weekend. I did have to wait for my car until Sunday morning, but booking it after hours on the website is no good for the employees because they’re already maxed out for the next day but like I said, the mechanic was a great guy and the advisor was a wonderful woman and they knew what they were doing,

I had an outstanding experience at Pep Boys and felt compelled to leave a review because great customer service like this deserves recognition. I originally came in just for a standard inspection and needed a bulb replaced to pass — simple enough — but while I was there I mentioned an issue with my speakers. What happened next honestly surprised me in the best way. The two women working in the office — Heather and I believe the other was Ashly — absolutely went above and beyond. They took the time to look into the issue, troubleshoot it, and make it right. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping — and they didn’t try to tack on extra charges. I went for my car to be inspected I work crazy hours during the week so I had to drop it off on a Saturday and allow them to do it between appointments which I was grateful for and had no problem doing. When I returned the pick the vehicle up Joe told my husband the car “has to be on the lot somewhere” as he paid and left out looking for it we looked all over for about 5 minutes went back in to pepboys and, it was no where to be found on pepboys property. We then had to sound the alarm to find it in the gas station near by parked like this, no parking spot, no “hey we had no room your car is parked across the street” when I called Joe to tell him how my car was left he said he didn’t know where it was to tell us that it was over there. This place seems to over schedule oil changes. The last two times I had an pil change scheduled, I came in on time and was told on the first occasion that I would have to wait another hour because they just started someone else's pil change. The second time I had one scheduled at 4pm and arrived on time again. I was then told the exact same thing and they said I could wait again but that it might even take longer than an hour. It seemed like they didn't even want to deal with anymore for the rest of the evening. I had been coming here for over 8 years and had not has these issues until the last year. Not sure if I will ever come back at this point.
