Power Wash Car Wash

Only use cash here. I usually do, but ran out and figured I’d just swipe my card to rinse my car off real quick. Literally used it for 2 minutes—just a rinse—and got charged $10 flat. The $5 I put in cash before that got me way more time. This felt like a total ripoff. I called and got a refund, but no one seemed even a little surprised. Makes me think they’re just banking on people not bothering to follow up. Definitely never using my card here again. Just ridiculous.

14.99 for not even 3 mins, I want a refund because no soap was dispensed. Absolute bull shit🙄.

Originally I didn’t even want my money back-I just wanted them to be aware and put up an out of order sign. Instead: All 3 automatic bays took my money but not one worked. The run around they gave me was 45 min of other consumers harassing me over holding up the line. Now I’m out $40 and my car still has soap on it from the guest failed wash stopping half way across my hood. And the answer was “I can mail you a check (3-7 days for anyone confused) or wait 45 min for the owner to drive up and find out why none worked but they made me drive through several times just to waste my time and take my money despite claiming to have restarted the wash digitally from remote location. I used the automatic wash at this location today. Thw result was the same as the one on high Street. It does not clean the vehicle. It is almost like it uses dirty water to clean. I have tried to use the 2 locations and the result is the same, my vehicles do not get cleaned. I try to support local but cannot recommend either of these 2 locations.

Almost $5.00 for 2 minutes and 30 seconds of the pressure washer
