Precision Tune Auto Care

I took my Chevy Silverado in last week for a driveshaft seal and fuel line replacement. I initially spoke with Phil, who told me he would call me within a couple of hours with a cost estimate before any work was started. I never received that call. Two days later, I went in person to follow up on the status of my truck. After speaking with Phil again, he explained that he had been out the previous day and was not aware of the situation. He then said he would personally pull the truck in and have a technician look at it. A few minutes later, he told me to give him about an hour to prepare a quote and that he would call me. Precision Tune Auto Care in Wake Forest was the best experience I have ever had when needing car repair. Phil got me in quickly and fixed a taillight issue so I could pass inspection. His pricing was very affordable and far less than I was expecting. Clean waiting room and bathroom! I will be a repeat customer and tell friends and family about this place. Precision Tune is great. Been going there for years with my vehicles and have always been very impressed. Phil is whom I deal with the most and quite honestly he’s honest and has never tried to upsell or act like I needed work that wasn’t necessary - the opposite of some of the dealerships I have experienced.
