Don't go especially if you have nice wheels and tires. They will attempt to make good by having their "wheel guy" to fix them by putting paint on powder coat wheels. They will not take responsibility for the tires they improperly re-installed after a tire rotation.

Worst customer service. Hard for me to say it, because the sales team as been amazing to me, my family and my friends. I have bought 10 cars from them in the last 10 years. But service, give me a break. Don't make me schedule an appointment for 830, dropped off at 815. Then tell me its going to be 2 to 3 hours. Then 7 hours later not even get the vehicle in. It's an oil change and tire rotation.

Go to statesboro for service. Nothing but disrespect from the front counter. Not a good look for such an established dealership in my opinion.
