11/3/2025.routine items done included tire rotation and oil change…also scheduled left shock absorber change and added state sticker inspection to keep oil changes and inspections at same time. Arrived early..greeted and reviewed what would be done with expected timeframe of 2-3 hrs. Everything was done well within 2 hours. Services reviewed after completed with payment within expected estimate. Good to go for a while. Very comfortable waiting area…good work!

Putting the steal in "stealership" Brought my 3 year old Hyundai in for an oil change and state inpection. I was lied to on the inspection they said my rear brake pads were worn to 1mm and recommended over $1400 of repairs. I had just checked the brakes 2 weeks prior and they were over 4mm. When I called them on it they changed the reason for it failing to the rotors. After I fixed the supposed issue and brought it back for a re-inspection they refused to pass it. I then went a mile down the street to a different shop who did a thorough inspection and had an inspection sticker about an hour after I was told it couldn't pass and needed signicantly over priced repairs. Don't bring your car here for anything, they don't hesitate to lie about your car and waste your time if they think they can

TLDR: Do not take your car to Rowe Westbrook. Rowe inspected my car and told me that I needed $6,000 worth of work done. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion and they got my car repaired and stickered for only $200. I brought my car to Rowe (Quick Lanes) for inspection on June 25th last year, and received a quote for $2,000 worth of needed repairs. I got these repairs done at another shop and brought it back to Rowe on August 8th for another inspection, at which time I was told I needed new tires and headlight cleaning. I got new tires and brought my car back for a 3rd inspection in February (when scheduling the appointment, I confirmed with the representative that the headlight fix could be done by the Quick Lanes team). Following the 3rd inspection, the quote was up to $6,

Went in for a simple oil change, had an appointment but still was a 2 hour wait for them to return my car and they did a tire rotation I specifically asked not to be done on tires less than a month old when I tried to get a refund or credit they kept hanging up on me until they closed for the day. Don't worry if you get hungry they have expired overpriced candy for you in the waiting room. I bought my car from rowe and will never bring it back.

DO NOT GET AN OIL CHANGE FROM HERE. I used to come here every time for my oil chances/services until my last 3 visits. My past 2 oil changes I’ve left the building and my brake lights went out. Fixed them myself and thought it was just a coincidence. My most recent visit was last week for an oil change/tire rotation. The lady at the desk told me I should get new brake pads and rotors because “there was only 1 millimeter left on the brake pad.” It was awhile since I’ve had work done on them so I said let’s do it. Went from $100 oil change to about $650 after the brake pads/rotor/oil change. Not even 2 days after leaving the shop my brake fluid is leaking! The past 3 visits at this place something happens to my car where I have to come in a week later (red flag). Went in today to get the bra
