I bought a brand new car there in 2022. I was a college graduate and buying my first car. I was told to make the trip there because Toyota honors college graduates with a diploma a discount. I was sold gap insurance and told it was illegal to drive off the lot without it. After getting a lawsuit check from the FTC I’m sure there was other junk fees added on to the cost of my vehicle. I was lied to by my sales agent Lance about upgrades the vehicle didn’t have. He also got pen on my cars dashboard (It’s still stained there 2 years later.) Once I brought that to Dan Townes’ attention, it was installed at no cost and I was given a free detailing. However, I live in a different state so I had to drive 250 miles just to get it fixed. It shouldn’t be THAT hard to be honest and serve customers

The guys at Honda are very knowledgeable and friendly. The service staff are excellent. Service prices are what you would expect for a dealership. The sales staff are courteous and are not pushy. They always have a solution or alternative to any challenge that comes up in the buying process. I have bought new and used vehicles from here as well as having service here and have never been unsatisfied.

Would never recommend this place wife had Kia from there after a short time started having problem after problem. Out driving it just stopped. There tecks time and time again said there, was nothing wrong. Since the repairs are over what car is worth went elsewhere...
