Excellent service! Purchased tires online, booked appointment for installation for the next day. Installed in 37 minutes. Very happy with price, easy of purchase and overall experience. Highly recommend and will continue to use them for future tire needs.

“I first came here in 2019/2020 to replace the tires on my mom’s Lexus NX since Michelin tires were cheapest here. The service was incredibly slow, taking hours, and black tar-like glue was left on the brand-new rims, which was disappointing. This made me hesitant to return. UPDATE: Five years later, I came back to replace my own tires, mainly because this location had Michelin tires in stock. Expecting a long wait, I brought my laptop to get work done—but to my surprise, the service was incredibly fast, finishing in under 40 minutes. It’s possible the early morning timing helped. Given this improved experience, I’ll return for future tire changes!

Very disappointed with the tire center. I dropped the car off at 10am this morning for 4 new tires and was told it would be about an hour... it is 11:48 and I am still waiting for the tires to be put on the car. This is ridiculous service and it is not acceptable for it to take this long. They are not busy... there are 4 people working in the tire center and looks like they have 4 bays open. But why did you take my car back at 10 if you weren't ready to work on it? What am I supposed to do without a vehicle and with no ETA for how long this service will take? Next time, I will pay more to go somewhere else with better service. I will say that I would rate this Sam's Club much higher generally. I drive here from Raleigh because I like this club. Why can’t I call and talk to the on site tire department? Why do I have to talk to a call center in the Philippines to reschedule my appointment?
