The tires for my Buick were shot this shop had the best prices. Nikki was really helpful and fit me in last minute which I really appreciated. She also offered an alignment which was reasonably priced as well. My car felt great driving out the parking lot! Thanks guys, I’ll be back!

I am a 75 year old man with many disabilities. My wife and I stayed over night in Pooler on our way to Charleston. The night temperatures were in the 40s and my car tire pressures were very low Because of my disabilities, I can no longer use the air pump. Nicki was on duty and I asked for her help. She pressurized my tires quickly and was very friendly. She was wonderful. Thank you!!!
Worst experience ever! The staff is severely bad at communicating. We set an appt for 10 am and the receptionist called 30 minutes beforehand to push us back an hour. We showed up at the new Time and dropped off the vehicle for an alignment. Waited for an hour and a half for them to call us and said it was done, then call back and say it wasn’t done. But then they said it is done unless we want to pay to get something else added. So we declined and showed up to pay for the alignment. We played and then asked a question about the shocks they said that needed done. Apparently they didn’t do any service on the car and we waited an hour and a half for nothing, we were charged and then only got a refund when we caught it and asked for one. Waste of time ! Why would i go in for an alignment and
