This location was incredible. They were very timely and accommodating when it came to getting my vehicle in and servicing it. They do a great job of staying in contact and being entirely honest about the needs of the vehicle. On top of that, they do incredible work, my car runs like its practically brand new after not running at all. 11/10 would recommend.

No one in Fairbanks will ever be touching my car again except these guys!!! Their knowledge and attention to detail are impressive (Teddy), customer service (Eric and Ray) was excellent...It is immediately apparent when you talk to them that they know what they are talking about and love what they do!!! I am a mechanic myself but even I know my limits...and when I find them, Simard's Gaffney location will be getting all my business...

My car shorted in -20F and was in a bad way- Simard’s technicians found the autostart had shorted and was burning out another fuse, causing no start and ‘electrical funkiness’- they also found a friction rub on the winterization kit resulting in shorting on the axle- these peeps are amazingly helpful, responsive, knowledgable, and kind. They were informative and supportive, they saved our daily driver from being dead in our yard the rest of winter! ✨🙌✨

Simard saved our marathon trip! We drove from NH to AK and had just returned from Prudhoe Bay when, after self washing our Highlander the front end started shaking. I thought I had really messed up the alignment on the potholes on the Dalton Highway. No one in Fairbanks could even see me for 3 to 8 days. Simard squeezed mi in that afternoon. After a test drive and removing all 4 wheels they found that mud had caked and baked inside the backside of the wheels throwing off the balance. The cleaned them and it drove fine! The price was more than reasonable. The were very professional and caring. I highly recommend them!
