S'more Suds Car Wash

Use this local car wash for my two cars on a subscription plan. They always do a thorough wash and finish with a micro fiber wipe down of my vehicles. The workers seem focused on doing a good job all the time. If you wash once a week, the subscription plan is a good value. Highly recommend this car wash.

This place started out very well the employees where nice and friendly the service was good I signed up on my 1st trip for the unlimited wash every month nobody ever mentioned you got a free vacuum i was paying to vacuum my car after I went through the waah I only found out about the free vacuum when I looked at there website after I became a member Today I was there and had one of the worst washes I ever had Ray Charles could have did a better job and for those who might not know who Ray Charles is he was a famous blind musician. After I came out of the car wash I pulled up to get the hand dry service after 10 minutes of the employees just standing around looking at me sitting there i got out and did it myself still nobody came out to make it better there where 2 other cars also wating to

Great location. Up until today I've had no issues. So on my first visit a man explained about the membership and how it worked and signed me up. No problem. Haven't had an issue up until today. I pulled in waited for a man ive never delt with walk up to the car I asked him a simple question......apparently you have to ask for a vacuum token which I was unaware all this time was included with what I pay for. (A friend of mines made me aware of this) so I asked the man and he says well you have to ask the guy in such a way as if i was a bother ....what guy? The one who gets the car or drys the car? Forgive my ignorance being as this location is obviously new to me. OK hes no help I proceed forward and waited to be dried outside. I asked the guy hand drying about the token and explained how

This is the absolute best car wash in Berks County! Squeaky clean! Soft cloth wipe dry! Same staff for years. Love everything about this car wash! The monthly price to keep your vehicle or vehicles clean cannot be beat! As always I thank Smores Car 🚗 Washing service they provide! I never met the last owner and the employees were fine. I had no problems with anything that they did. I come up from a trip from OC, MD and stopped to get my car wash. I used a ticket from my book which I buy a couple of books at Christmas time for me and gifts for others. A man sitting on a chair at the gate said "we not honor they anymore with this new management". He said to me "to you want a car wash" and I said "no", he then said "back up there is nothing behind you". So, I have nine worthless tickets at $80 courtesy of the new owner and his decision. That's not the way to build trust with customers. How many other customers had the same issue as me. I guess finding a new car wash place is like hen's teeth, no competition. Good Luck.
