I went to Snappy Lube for a basic oil change on my 2015 Mazda CX-9. I informed them that I only needed an oil change. The tech informed me that the cost would be $130. I indicated that seemed high for an oil change but they said that was the basic price for synthetic-blend oil change. Since I was already there, I let them go ahead and change the oil. When it was time to check out, I handed them a coupon for $15 off a basic oil change. I was told by the manager there that they could not honor their own coupon because the most the system would allow them to discount an oil change was $10. Even though the coupon was theirs and included their location, they said they couldn't honor it. When I got home, I looked closer at my receipt and see that not only did they charge me for an oil ch

My friend recommended Snappy Lube in Wake Forest — and now I see exactly why! Every single staff member was courteous, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The wait time was short and exactly as estimated. This visit included an oil change, wiper replacement, and state inspection — and they even checked the tire pressure and cleaned the windshield. I’m absolutely delighted with the attentive, professional service and will definitely be coming back.

This place is a joke. I have taken 4 company cars here over the years ONLY because they are quick. Thousands of $’s worth of work and never again! I brought my Escape in yesterday 6/21/23 for an oil change and for them to check for a nail in my passengers side tire. Had been slowly leaking down all week. I sat in the waiting room and never saw them take the tire off to check. I asked the employee if he had removed it to check and he lied straight to my face saying he had… that he had sprayed it with water/soap mix to check for the leak when he removed it. The tire was completely dry. The other employee couldn’t even remember the word valve stem when he was trying to say well it may be leaking “from the part you put air into”.
