Speedi Car Wash

I received a free wash. It was pretty good but didn’t get some of the stuff off my car. The people were nice. The mechanism that pushes your car through the tunnel felt like it was about to give out but I made it through without incident.

I switched to Speedi from Ocean Blue for my wrapped Tesla Model X because of a few things: 1) staff is awesome, they do fun things and it's the interactions with Rebel that got me to make the switch, he cracks us all up so much and you can tell he cares and takes pride in his work! 2) location is so much more convenient, 3) monthly unlimited pricing was better, 4) their equipment does a better wash But I do have suggestions: 1) I'd separate this into different business listings for the Self-service, the Drive-through, convenience and gas. 2) I'd also consider rebranding the drive through as a Quick Quack or Clean Freak as it'd drive massive business to the gas and convenience sides... Horrible dilapidated car wash! VEHICLE DAMAGE likely! And they’re aware equipment is faulty via numerous BBB complaints and police reports!

Tried out the self-serve wash bay today, thinking it’d be a quick way to knock the bugs and pollen off the car. What a headache. First off, the setup is not intuitive. You pay $3 for 3 minutes, and there’s a dial with multiple options—but the hoses on the wall aren’t clearly labeled to match the settings. The colors of the hoses don’t match the buttons, so unless you’ve used this system before, you’re left guessing. Not ideal when you’re on a timer. I went inside to ask the gas station clerk if they had a diagram or any explanation of how it works. He looked at me like I’d just asked him to solve quantum physics and basically said, “It’s self-explanatory.” It’s not. Great customer service! The attendant rinsed off my car before going through the wash. Friendly and professional. They need a tip jar!
