Suburban Towing & Recovery

I stopped in my SUV to help out a stranded driver in their vehicle on rt 20. In backing up, I got stuck. Called non-E. They sent pingree PD. I was asked if I needed a tow. Shocks flatbed showed up. Young knowledgeable tow driver hitched a cable to my car. I was on the road in no time. Very quick and efficient. They work with you. Shock does the job.

My car was stuck in a parking garage with low clearance height. I spent a day trying to find a towing company that had a lift and dolly truck that could retrieve the vehicle. One company came and then left saying they couldn’t fit. Another company failed to show up at all. Suburban dispatch was the most professional and polite out of the lot and did what they said. I was truly impressed by the driver who came out. He had a great attitude and said that he enjoyed solving problems. Made it out of the garage past some tight corners with no drama. At the destination, the driver had to back in to get the car facing the right way. He backed up about 100 yards with the car in tow including maneuvering around a tight S curve. Was able to get the car all the way into my garage without pushing

So here’s the deal and I’ve noticed that it’s been over five years since the owner last commented on anybody’s comments I get it that sometimes things can get busy and hectic, but I’m hoping the owner will reach out to me after this so my mother-in-law car had to get towed /Impounded she did not know that it was happening. The officer did not address it till after she was taken to the station, they did not give her a chance to grab her personal belongings such as her credit cards, her stuff for work. The Police had told her that as long as she paid the $600 that she should be able to at least get her personal belongings out because of that situation. The tow truck company is refusing to let my mother-in-law get her stuff out of the car. She does not do Apple Pay. She does not have her ID

I wish I could rate this lower than a 1 star review. I woke up to my car missing from my parking spot, they towed my car from my place of living overnight, with absolutely no warning. I understand my parking pass expired as of January 1st but it is a weekend and we are not able to obtain a new pass until Monday at the earliest from our realtor office an hour away. When I called in, they were completely rude and basically said we are SOL and have to cough up 250 to get my car back within the same day or I will be charged more everyday it’s there. I got in an accident and my car was towed here on a Saturday. Upon them towing my vehicle I asked what did I need to bring in order to get my things from the car . The tow truck driver said the paper he gave me and my id .. pretty simple, so Monday morning I went to get my items and lord behold.. the b word working in the office was very very snotty and refused to give me access to my car because it’s registered in my fiance’s name. My name is on the towing paperwork from the company and they towed the car from my possession. She was very rude.. very disrespectful and the information I had received said I was allowed to get my items .
