Dropped my work van off Friday afternoon to swap to winter tires. Got called in the morning on Saturday that it was ready. This was great because I didn't have to wait all day for a call. Really appreciate the turn around time! When i picked my van up I noticed the tire light was on. I went back in and they immediately fixed the issue. (Wasn't calibrated) after the swap. Highly recommend this location!!

Messed up installing a part for my car. After a few weeks i had a grinding sound from where the work was done. Took it to a different mechanic. Sullivans Caused 650 in damages. (I have video proof) Said they'd give me a refund so I could pay for repairs. I have texts and emails proving so. I haven't received my refund. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They also quoted 1500 in additional work which wasn't needed.

The technicians got my truck in and out quickly, completed all needed preventative maintenance in a professional manner, and kept me informed by phone as needed. I did have one tire that had a slow leak from the rim so it was bringing in the Low Air Pressure warning about every 60 days so I asked for a tire service which they did. But 6 days after my service visit, I am getting the Low Air warning again so a tire is still leaking. Will stop in to see them today or tomorrow and ask to have it fixed. Otherwise, I’m usually very happy with Sullivan Tire Westbrook, Maine.

Andrew and the guys at the Westbrook location are absolutely awesome! I had a nail in my right rear tire with my own botched patch job, no appointment, and on a time crunch going into my work week. Nonetheless, Andrew had me come in immediately at 8am so he could take a look at it. Bracing for the worst, Andrew instead said I only needed the one tire and got it ordered right away from the Scarborough location. By 1pm, the work was done and my car was pulled up right to the front door waiting for me. This is the second time these guys have gotten me out of a tight spot on short notice and my fourth overall visit which have all been fantastic. I can’t thank them enough for all their honest help!

Got 4 new tires put my truck on Tuesday morning, waited while it was done ,about an hour and 20 minutes, not bad. Problem was they did not inflate tires to proper pull, 2 front were 60psi, 1 rear was 70psi and other rear was 65psi, were suppository be 80 psl . Good way to wear out tires quicker. I will think twice before I go there again.
