Take 5 Oil Change

This was my 1st time visiting this shop. I was looking for a quick oil change before my trip to VA. The men at this shop were so sweet and efficient at the job. I was in and out in no time and I never had to get out of the car! Aiden, the new shop manager, was so great. When I pulled up, he let me know that there was gonna be a bit of a wait. Which wasn't even that bad. When it was my turn to go into the Bay, he guided me in and they let me know every step of what they were doing. Best oil change experience for sure.

Was greeted by assistant mgr, Aiden who offered me snacks and water. I was famished so what a great way to start! They let me stay in my car the whole time; it took 5-10 minutes start to finish and the final price was very fair. The guys work well as a team. Aiden was super friendly and accommodating.

I’ve been using this location for a while now and usually get good service so this instance might be an outlier. I went there a couple of weeks ago for an oil change for my daily driver. The staff was friendly and personable as usual. They told me that my radiator fluid was nasty and needed a flush. I agreed. I also got my full synthetic oil change. All in all, it cost a couple hundred bucks. Anyways, today I went out to check my tire pressure and put rainX on my windshield. When I get to my windshield, I look down and see my dip stick sitting between my hood and windshield. They never replaced it. I’ve been driving around for weeks like this. Do better. It would be one star but they have been good to me in the past.

#1 It was only the second oil change ever, for my Super Bee scat pack. They had to put the oil in by individual quarts, and the employee pulled out the funnel and drizzled oil all over the motor. #2 The car was shining and waxed when I went there for an oil change, when I got home There was fingerprints all over the front of my car ,,of oily fingers From the Employees at Take 5. not really the best experience at all ,,,don’t know if I’d go back there again actually. Also, they had never encountered a hood pin before and put the one of the two pins in backwards, so it could open up when I’m driving home ,,,which it did. then the pin drags on the ground on the way home. Aiden & Anthony helped me get the oil change in my car today. They welcomed me the second I pulled into the parking lot and were very attentive and knowledgeable the whole entire process! I’ve always used their service and every time I come back they show the same high work ethic and always explain to me what they are working on throughout the stages of the maintenance! Keep up the excellent customer service guys! Very nice to see you today
