The District at Deerfield Residences

It’s been a fantastic experience so far! Molly has been amazing. She answered all of my questions prior to move in and made the entire process smooth and easy. The community is brand new, and everything inside feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is a huge plus. There are already several great places within walking distance, including 50 West, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Pins Mechanical, and 101 Craft Kitchen, and there are also many open spaces which makes it exciting to see what’s coming next. It’s a fun, walkable area that really feels like a growing community. I’m very happy with my decision to live here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, lively area to be in!

Despicable place to live. Pins Mechanical always loud and extremely noisy. Ambulances and Firetrucks always there! We have the pics and videos! Unsafe environment! Had to call police for it! IF YOU.VALUE YOUR PEACE , QUIET AND REST, THEN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! YOU WILL BE MISERABLE!!!

Moved here a few months ago, a whole new area was very nervous at first but the apartment has made me and my roommate feel at home. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The area is very nice especially for new graduates with Jenis, Pins, Craft all right down stairs. Great place to live!

A terrible place to live for a family with small children! I live next to Pins Mechanical — the music is so loud it feels like I’m living in a nightclub. We’ve complained about the volume, but unfortunately nobody does anything. The staff at this complex are no help; I tried to explain the situation, but they don’t care. Even the fact that my little child wakes up in the middle of the night because of the music doesn’t bother them! Double-check everything and read the lease agreement very carefully! Overall, a horrible place to live. I do not recommend it at all!!!
