I had my entire windshield replaced by The Glass Guy, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Isaiah delivered excellent customer service that felt genuine and personal—like two friends working on a car in the garage rather than a typical business transaction. He completed the job in under an hour with top-tier professionalism and attention to detail. While I’ll miss the tint I had before the replacement, the overall quality of the work makes up for it. I highly recommend Isaiah to anyone in need of glass repair, especially fellow service members who are PCSing or ETSing from Fort Wainwright, AK. He’s reliable even on short notice, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
