The Peterbilt Store - Savannah

I had a great experience with this location’s mobile service truck. He arrived onsite well within the time frame I expected. And my tech went straight to work for as troubleshooting my issue. Once he found it, he immediately with to work to resolve the issue. He had me back up and running in no time. I would Highly Recommend! Even from time I called in to place service up until he left, my Tech was Very Respectful and Kind Hearted.

Good things come in small sizes. Small store but operated by competent employees and great customer service. Thanks for the effective communication and quick service. Definitely will visit again.

If you pay cash and need to return the part even if it's within the 30 days with a recipt and unopened you will not get cash back .they will send you a check in the mail maybe within 1 month.this is not mentioned anywhere on the recipt .This is not the way to do business .I think the Pete store needs my $400 to operate ...otherwise the ladies in the part department are nice and professional .

Absolute crooks, have had my truck for weeks, have never done the work I told them to do, use the excuse if we did everything that is wrong or could go wrong it would be 70,000 dollars, gave you specific items to do to make the truck road ready and pass inspection, Dave and his technicians are absolute scam artists, you will never get your truck back and the price will double every time.
