If I could give 0 stars I would. Incompetent and dishonest. First off, a few months ago my fiancée’s tire needed to be patched and I was assured it would happen. We had switched to her spare and left the tire. They said they would call once it was ready. They never called. After two weeks, I called several times and they couldn’t locate it. Turns out, they switched to a new tire without permission or even calling to let me know. With a sleeping child on my shoulder I was informed I would need to pay $130 for a new tire which was never given permission to switch to. No apology or discount for the mistake. Just “pay up sucker”. $130 for what I expected to be a patched tire 3 weeks later. To my dismay, I had a leaking tire on my own car that was insured by this company so I had to return.

Wow, talk about customer service!! I ended up having to wait for a long time because they were busy. Didn’t even say anything and they gave me a really good deal for having to wait. This is the way the world used to do business and they just earned a customer for life.

Wrnt to get an alignment done at which point they told me they could not do it because my Hubs were apparently no good. Knowing that they had less than 5,000 miles and 6 months on hubs and rotors, brand new ball joints and tie rod ends, I had them checked out somewhere else, verified everything was fine and got my alignment done at a different shop. Have had plenty of good experience before with this place but this alone turns me away now.

I've been here several times and have always had top notch service. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They always do great work at a very reasonable price. I would always rather come here than a dealership for the services they offer. Thank you all for great service!
