Tire Discounters

Really appreciate the guys at the Kings Mills Road TireDiscounters in Mason OH. From Taylor taking my initial call to Brian checking me in and ringing me out, Roberto performing the work and Malachi giving a final inspection... top notch all around. Taylor provided a time estimate, when I called and when service was completed, they actually came in under the estimated/quoted wait time. I had my 2 year old daughter waiting with me and Brian made sure she was well taken care of as well So he got her "stamp of approval", too and she gave Brian a thumbs up and even said a "see you later".... which is accurate because they definitely won our continued business. Excellent and professional service and good pricing. Great group of men working there!

Didn't receive my $80 rebate for 4 Michelin Tires. I submitted everything, but was told the full-page receipt didn't meet the requirements and that a paper credit card machine was required. I was required to verify my address 5 times, but they refused to issue the rebate. I called Tire Discounters, explained the issue, and they said they would look into it and call me back. I never heard anything. I will not go back or buy Michelin Tires in the future. Also, I created an appointment online with specific tire that stated they were in stock, but they weren't and had to get tires I really didn't want.

I was in town to attend an event when I discovered I had a partially flat tire. I went to Tire Discounters to check it out and possibly replace the tire. Taylor worked for over an hour on my car trying to determine the cause, but they couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. They cleaned up my wheels, checked the inflation on all four tires, and didn't charge me anything for their time and effort. Outstanding service! 10/10 would recommend.

I was traveling when I lost a SECOND tire on my RV to a blowout, after having a flat earlier in the trip. I called this place and gave them my situation - as my desperation was expressed to them, suddenly I feared I had told them too much and they would "see me coming". RV / camper tires can be weird sizes and have unusual tread ratings, etc. Not a lot of places can turn them around in a day like I needed. I bristled at the thought of either a very costly bill or a delay in our trip. My fears were COMPLETELY misplaced. The gentleman I spoke with said they did not have replacements in the shop but he could run over to their warehouse and get them, and they *should* be able to get them done by the following morning when we intended to leave town and head to the next destination. Great Manager, excellent tech advice from him. 1.25 + hr to patch a tire with an appointment was excessive in my opinion given the complexity of the damage (single entry, smooth .12” diameter pin in the tire). Still one of my favorite tire shops.
