Town Fair Tire

As a Google reviewer with 500K followers, this has been a Horrible experience! Signed up online for a 10am appointment for a rotation and balancing of tires, that'sall- should be 30 minute job. The email states, "40 minutes to get your car in a bay", then the job begins! They tell everyone that they are next....like myself. I was ready to walk out and was told my car was next in the order. Why have a 10am appointment and have it start at minimum 11?? Total disrespect to everyone's time. 10am should be 10am... There's a tiny waiting area with 15 people in it. A man just brought in a tire which was blown out. They told him, 45 minutes? Really?? A full waiting room and he'd only be 45 minutes? Smartly, the man asked them to call him when done. Suggestion, buy your tires wholesale and find

*1/5 stars - Horrible Experience at Town Fair Tire Auburn* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Town Fair Tire Auburn store. I took two tires to be changed and specifically asked to save one that was only 8 months old. Instead of honoring my request, the staff cut the tire I wanted to save. When I brought this up to Supervisor Breett, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He accused me of wanting a free new tire in front of other customers, completely dismissing my concerns. I showed him the damaged tire, and he claimed it was an old, defective one. I left the tire at the store for employees to inspect, and it was clear it wasn't defective - it was the 8-month-old tire I asked to save. This was after I had to replace the front tire due to uneven wear caused

After an awful experience at a different mechanic shop we brought our car to Town Fair. Jakob immediately helped us and explained to us what was going on and how we could fix it in a way we could understand. He made sure we knew what was going on and was super helpful. Angel came and also helped get our car in so they could torque the tires. Joe torqued them and made sure we were comfortable driving in our car. These three men made our whole Town Fair experience a relief and such a blessing. I would definitely and completely recommend this place to everyone. If Jakob, Angel, or Joe are reading this I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had an amazing experience at Town Fair Tire thanks to Terry. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was taken care of without any pressure.
