Trailer craft was absolutely amazing, accommodating, and professional. We needed a trailer hitch installed on my compact SUV, a vehicle that usually doesn’t tow anything and they encountered so many difficulties trying to help us but they went above and beyond to help us! We needed to drive from Fairbanks to central Texas and we were on an impossible time crunch. The way they squeezed us in and saved us was amazing. I was able to tow a Harley with my tiny little mom car all the way to Texas with no issues because of TrailerCraft! I’m forever grateful! Thank you!

Finally removed our passenger bus from here after 3 weeks and took it to another shop. Wanted an end of season oil change and safety check, as well as a couple small electrical issues looked at. We were told their schedule was wide open when we brought it in. After dropping it off we didn't hear from them, and one of us had to show up at the shop in order to ask what was going on. They said they were actively getting the quote ready to send us. Another week and a half went by without being able to get ahold of anyone in the service dept and no quote being sent. We called again to make plans to pick the bus up. Finally got ahold of the service manager and he said he was "just getting ready to send the quote out right now". Still didn't send it until the next day. It was for well over $9,000

Trailercraft destroyed my trailer hitch by slicing up my 4 pin and screwing on another plastic connection that doesn't work. The lights do not come on, it doesn't work. No quality work was done. I asked for a brake module and connection for my trailer and they only added a connection with no brake module lines at all. The connection they placed on my vehicle doesn't work, they destroyed what was previously there and now I have to take my car to a professional trailer shop or mechanic to get it fixed. I'm out $317 for something that I could have done for $15 with a part on Amazon if that's what I was after. Attached are pictures of the job they did and you can see the zip tie hanging out and the electrical tape just dangling there. thought this was step one of installation. Service manager

We recently had a catastrophic failure on one of the wheel bearings for our RV trailer which ruined the axle on the 4th of July. Obviously we were waiting for their team to arrive on Monday morning. Scott and Debi were compassionate to our desperate situation and worked together to problem solve on procuring the parts and putting together a service solution. Thanks also to Jason and Luke in making it all happen. The integrity and professionalism was outstanding. And now we finally get to see Denali.

I had a trailer brake failure and John in parts was super helpful in getting me the right parts at great price. Other Trailer stores wanted twice the price. Highly recommend this store in Fairbanks.
