I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. My car was shifting hard into gears, and I also needed an oil change. I called ahead to ask if there was a wait and was told to come in. When I arrived, it was packed, and I didn’t get my car back until after closing time. I really wish they had been more upfront about the wait so I could have planned accordingly. My biggest concern was the transmission diagnosis they gave me. They told me my transmission fluid was burnt and that there were metal pieces in it, indicating my transmission was failing and that I would need a full replacement. That’s an extremely expensive repair, so I was understandably hesitant. I decided to get a second opinion at my dealership, where I have friends and family who I trust to give me an honest evaluation. I

**Up-Date*** 02/27/2026 University Auto Refund me for the overcharging by half the bill. So instead of the 450$ which was the mistake they gave me a full refund. 890$**** First Visit Comment. Paid about double 1/3 the cost of the 2015 Nissan Versa car itself. I would never have paid that if they told me it was going to be 800$ plus. When I got the call from the company they told me it was 850$. I was pissed but what am I going to do? Could have gone to Jiffy Lube would have been around 300 to 400$. That's what I was expecting the price to be. That's all... they fixed the issue more than the mistake so you can't really say they didn't care.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves it. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and everything was handled exactly when they said it would be. It's clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Most mechanics I have seen would have easily taken advantage of me being a young girl but not these guys. Diagnosed my car within half an hour and were very helpful. I needed a new alternator, a new battery, and my AC unit needed to be evacuated and reset. Even when I said I was going to explore my options as it was an expensive repair, they helped me look at options. Not pushy and very kind. When I called back and decided to have my car fixed by them, they got it in AND fixed in less than two days. 10 out of 10 for sure.
