Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had the beginnings of a nightmare time this afternoon when pulling in to get my oil changed, the handle of the oil dipstick in my car broke off. It seemed probable to me that they would simply tell me "sorry, we cant do the oil change until you get that fixed". Instead, the team went right to work extracting the broken off piece from the dipstick tube. We ended up needed some specialty tools to get this job done so I ended up getting my son involved to grab some tools and other things to get the stuck dipstick out. It was really shocking how stuck it was. They had to drill out the plastic using a vacuum to ensure no peices went down into the oil pan. 3 hours later and 90 minutes after the store officially closed the team wrapped up the work and the oil change. This shop is always on point. I know exactly what to expect every single time I roll through here. One of my favorite parts is being able to work on my computer while I change my oil. The completeness and consistency will keep me coming back!

I know exactly what I am getting each and every time I go in to get my oil changed. They are consistent, respectful and always talk to you about the process and the services they are giving you. They are not high pressure sales, but always showing you what services are available for you to use. The cost is a little higher than your cheap oil change shop, but you ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for....confidence knowing your vehicle was well cared for and thoroughly serviced. Keeps me coming back time and time again.

I’ve come twice now with my car & my daughter’s car and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quick acknowledgement of my arrival and then the professional atmosphere. The staff engaged with me, letting me know what they offer, what they were doing, showed me items that needed replacing and getting to stay in my car was a huge bonus! I will not be going anywhere else after these last two visits. Exceptional service.
