Valvoline Instant Oil Change

1 hr 8 min for an oil change only. Once I was finally in the bay the guy struggled with the air filter housing for about 10 minutes, even after I asked them not to check the air filter. Then struggled with the oil filter for another 10 minutes. I assume he finally got it off because they spilled oil all over the exhaust manifold so now the car is smoking. I had the car detailed right before i brought it in and they left the exterior and under the hood a complete mess.

.. just as a knee-jerk reaction as I saw Valvoline as I pass through Wake Forest, I decided to stop by with my own oil and filter that I have been carrying around in my little detail mobile, lol. Pros.. Every service technician that was there spoke to me and had smiles on their faces, it felt like I was in the 1990s again, when people weren't so serious and miserable about life. The charismatic gentleman who checked me out enjoying chatting with me about detailing, and it's great always to make a new friend. There were two cars ahead of me.. yet I was still able to have my oil changed within 20 minutes or so of arriving, they are quite quick! My little shoebox car is now purring like a kitten, and though some people may think otherwise, their prices are very reasonable for what they do

Ran into a problem in passing state inspection due to register information not matching up with what was in the Valvoline computer system. Fortunately, the manager, Cassie investigated and resolved the problem. I'm very grateful that she was on duty at the time I came in for service. Thank you again Cassie. I really appreciate you.

I was really pleased with the service. Dijon and Nolan were very, very helpful and explained everything! I always like coming to this place because they do such a great job with my vehicles. If I went to the dealership it would cost me double or triple the amount. Thanks so much for the great service. The car is running great. I plan to bring my other cars back too.

After discovering Valvoline in Wake Forest, I will never go back to the oil service I used. The service is very efficient and the staff is friendly. I never have to wait. Other places I went to I had to wait a very long time. I'm sticking with these guys from now on.
