Walmart Auto Care Center

We were coming back from Niagara Falls, on the way to Jersey. Unfortunately, we got a flat tire on I-390 S, Dansville, NY. We called roadside assistance but it was 530 PM EST, Saturday and we were still 300 miles from Jersey. I know, I am not the only one who gets tensed in the situation, not like I can't handle it, it was like- almost all the auto stores were getting closed, and what if we did not find any store? we would be stuck. We google and found this store, which was closing at 7 PM. Roadside folks did change flat with spare, and it took us 45 minutes to reach Walmart Auto Care center from the spot, and we reached there by 6:40 PM EST. We requested them to accommodate us. Scheduled an appointment for 7:30am, was the 3rd person in and was told would be an hour and a half to two hours because they only had two people. Two hours later my car still had not gone back and was another hour before it was done. Shouldn't take three hours for an oil change especially when you're one of the first appointments. This isn't the first time either, often it's 2+ hours now to get an oil change. Only response from the team was nothing we can do you'll have to let corporate know. Used to be a good spot to go, now guess I'll have to find somewhere else for oil changes.

This review goes for the last 2 times I’ve done business with this location, it is absolutely horrible the supervisor visor(larger guy) is rude and miserable, it took them 5 hours to mount and balance 4 tires onto wife’s jeep with a appointment, and just now I brought my sisters car here to get tires put on and I’m dropping it off a day earlier so they have the car ahead of time and they told me no if we leave the car it’s going to get towed!!!!! The good price on tires isn’t worth this bs services they have.

Still sitting on the dude of the road waiting for AAA. Simple flat tire (less than a year old). I go to put the spare on and every lug nut is on so tight I bent the tire iron getting 3 loose. They obviously used an impact wrench. I have never in my life not been able to change a tire. Laziness

I scheduled an oil change appointment online just to drive all the way over and be told “ we can’t change your oil right now, we failed inspection and won’t be able to change oil for the next few months”, why the hell would you let me make an appointment then ? such a huge waste of my time. what a joke!
