Michael, Chris, and Abdul, the 3 techs who worked on my truck so meticulously after I told them about how many lug nuts and studs I’d broken in the past. It was close to closing time but they absolutely everything by the book and took their time. I know my truck will be safe going down the road thanks to them listening to my concerns and suggestions. Thank you!

I drive a 2011 Lexus GX 460 Which takes Mobil synthetic 0w-20 pretty sure scanning the vin would tell you this as I watch through the window he goes to put in 5w 30 non synthetic I stop them they act like I’m dumb I said look it up they than tell me there out they were not says I must pay extra for bottle off shelves most Toyota Lexus take this finally finds the ow20 does it right could have messed up my car no sorry no help on price I come here a lot every oil change no more

Oil change today, I can’t say if I agreed with the price, but the service was decent

Candy the customer service representative was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My oil change was done quickly and the service tech was friendly. I received updates from Walmart during the wait period. At checkout Candy rang up my other items she held onto for me which made the process so much faster. I will definitely bring the other car up for an oil change.

Went in today with an appt for 7am for oil change. No one there, a girl came and checked me in at 7:10 and said if nobody shows up, I’m locking the door in 10 minutes. Went upfront to try to find a manager, had two rude employees tell me they did not have a manager. Went back and a few guys had straggled in so they actually began my car at 7:40. Horrible customer service!! Rude employees, A lady came in for an 8 AM appointment and I told her that they had just gotten my car in and she said oh it’s always like this. I just leave it for the day.! Nice if you can do that. Do better Walmart!
