Despite scheduling an appointment online, I encountered a lack of clarity regarding the services included. Upon arrival, I was informed that the necessary repairs and part replacements were not part of the tire appointment. I was forced to return the next morning with the required parts, only to discover that the mechanic failed to perform the work correctly. The tires were not properly mounted, resulting in leaks and damage. The tire sensors were also not adjusted correctly, causing the tires to lose air. I had an appointment for an oil change for 8:30 - 9:30, arrived at 8:30. Car did not go in until 10:20 and only got checked out at 11:20am. Snija checked me in. I requested my tires be rotated as I have the lifetime deal with Walmart. There was an issue with my account so I showed her the receipt. She still struggled to fix the error and was overall rude to me. When she couldn't figure it out and wanted to charge me for this service that should be free to me she said to me "well what are you going to do about it". This was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. At this point, I turned to William who was also at the counter. Ordered tires replacement. Came in 10 min earlier for appointment. Lyndell, service manager was slow and partially ignoring customers, took him 20 min to get to me. Told me that they can't work on my car for another hour, so 2- 2.5 hours before they are done. No sorry, nothing. Would be nice if they emailed or texted woth update that they were late. Lyndel was continuously missing from the register, customers had no one to address their requests or questions. Better not come here.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The employees were extremely disrespectful and the service was terrible. I arrived with an appointment, yet they still made me wait 3 hours just for an oil change. On top of that, they didn’t even reinstall the engine shield properly, it fell off on the highway. Making a lot of noise.

I purchased a car battery online from the Walmart Auto Center in Leesburg, and while it was convenient to order and have it delivered to my home, returning the old battery was a hassle. They charged a core fee of about $12 when I bought it, which is supposed to be refunded when you return the old battery. Unfortunately, the staff at the Auto Center didn’t know how to process that refund. After showing them my online receipt, they directed me to customer service, but the customer service team was equally confused and had no idea how to handle the core charge refund.
