Walmart Auto Care Center

Took my truck in for service full synthetic oil and rotate and balance tires. Part of the check list is to check the fluid level in the rear diff. I was going on a long road trip I get to Florida from Wisconsin and my truck is making a whining noise.i take it to a respected mechanic shop down here. And turns out my rear diff was bone dry but 2 days b4. It was checked ? Now there's chunks of metal in the rear diff and im sitting in florida.facing thousands of dollars in repair whole new axle. Hard to believe it was checked and 2 days later its bone dry. I will be having a conversation with a lawyer about my rights. When I get back

Couldn't answer a damn phone call tried for nearly an hour. Phone rang 12 minutes straight was looking to see if they had a certain tire in stock. Wouldn't recommend

Though we had some unforeseen issues... Darn rusty lug nuts.. we were treated fairly. The staff were courteous and allowed us to bring my family dog in the stores waiting room. It ended up being quite entertaining for those people who went to the waiting room and weren't expecting to see a dog. So thank you Walmart auto care center Rhinelander. Bella loved all who braved coming into the waiting room with kisses and rubs.

Thank you for getting me in when you were swamped and didn’t have the staff. I really appreciate it very much.

Went in to get 4 tires put on my truck, had an appointment for 10:00 am and was able to get right in, the service was fast and friendly too.
