Walmart Auto Care Center

Purchased 4 tires and setup an appointment on line to have them installed. Everything went smoothly until I got in my car to leave and the TPS light was on. I figured it needed to be driven a bit to reset so I drove it a bit with no luck. Called the auto center and they said to bring it back today or tomorrow they will take a look at it. I took it back about 30 minutes after calling. They said the TPS is bad so it was obviously damaged during installation . They did replace it free of charge. Thank you Walmart for doing the right thing.

Made an appointment for an oil change, dropped off my keys and was told I was the very next in line and would most likely be gotten to shortly. Came back after a little over an hour, was told they hadn't started yet. Canceled and just went to Valvoline and got it done in less than 10 mins. The people at the desk were perfectly nice so I doubt it was any one person's fault, it was just inconvenient :(

I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up on time, dropped my keys off and walked around for 3 hours. I never got a call stating it was finished so I went to the front desk and asked if it was done and they said they hadn’t even looked at my car and probably wouldn’t even get to it that day due to overbooking. This has happened multiple times, never ever make an appointment here. I also bought 2 tires to replace the front tires and they put them on the complete wrong tires.

Man working the auto center desk was rude and condescending. This isn’t a one off, it occurs every time I need to purchase something, inquire about an order, etc. I normally refrain from judging and leaving a bad review. But this happens EVERY SINGLE time. Have just a modicum of customer service. Like, if someone says “hello how are you today?”, don’t grunt like you are annoyed and treat customers poorly. It’s not my fault you are having a bad day.

The installers didn’t tell me that the tires rub my struts that’s a hazard, my car is currently un drivable, I have a video showing the contacts points and I’m shocked they cleared it to leave and be driven, they also asked to dispose of my old tires without even mentioning that there’s severe rub
