A1 Quick Loop

My daughters car broke down as she was about to graduate Nursing School. At first I just needed a towing company to tow her car to an auto repair shop as it looked like the alternator went out. Found A1 with really good reviews for towing. So I called A1 and talked to Mo to get my daughters car towed to a repair facility and Mo explained they had a shop that could tow and also repair her car, I checked out the reviews and they were Really Good, so we let A1 also repair her car and they did a Great Job! They went above and beyond to get my daughter back on the road. My daughter now lives in Nashville, TN working at a hospital but Mo and A1 really helped us thru this critical time at the end of nursing school. Thanks ALOT to Mo and the team at A1 Quick Loop in Coppell, TX.

They did a very heft and pricey job on my 90s Toyota. They even offered to tow it from my apartment to their shop same day. A1 has really knowledgeable folks that went deep down into the root of the problem and were able to explain what went wrong, and how it is all repaired. Thank you guys. The repair cost pays for itself with their attention and quality of work, and is much better than buying a whole new car!

12.15.25 My shift cable was replaced by Breaks Plus 11.22.25. 20 days later it broke leaving me stranded. Jason repaired it in 2 hours and had me on the road again. The price was more than fair. At no time was I upsold things I didn't want or need. A1 has 145 five star reviews and if your like me who combs through them all looking for a 1 or 2 star review, you just won't find it. The crew works hard to deliver those 5 star review. My 2006 Pathfinder is getting to an age where things need replacing and I've been to most shops in town over the years. There's few I would go back to, this is definitely one I will come back to. They also offer towing which is a nice perk. If your looking for an honest mechanic A1 is the place. A1 Quick Loop got me together today by providing superb customer service when I went in as a walk in as a early bird to catch the worm and getting rear rotors and brakes fixed and it came with a free outside car wash although I went ahead and paid an $18 to wash the inside and outside aka full detail wash. I recommend this place for anyone with car repair needs. Come see them asap. Don’t meet me there beat me there.

Absolutely the best service I've ever experienced! I've been in twice between Aug.3 and Sept.3rd for issues that were not properly fixed by a mechanic in San Antonio. Mo and Andy on both occasions quickly assessed the issues, walked me through and showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done. Not only do they possess top notch expertise, they are honest and offer prices that can't be beat. A1 Quick Loop will be the only place I bring my car and my wife's car to from now on.
