Brakes Plus

I’ve been to several Brakes Plus locations before, but this one truly provides exceptional service compared to the others. I even inquired at a few other Brakes Plus locations before coming here, and I’m really glad I chose this one. Remi, the manager at this location, goes above and beyond to accommodate your requests and makes sure your vehicle is ready on time. That level of customer care is hard to find. My dealer had actually lost my wheel lock, and Remi helped me out by getting me a new one, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience with honest and reliable service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.

I had to come here last minute to get some brake work done due to my schedule and Remi was amazing. He took such good care of me and my car and the service was excellent! He was very helpful with answering all my questions and provided me a spreadsheet with the totals of everything. They even called me a Lyft so I could get my car on the same day before they closed! My car rides so much better too. Very happy and thankful overall!

Great service from these guys. I was a walk in, only had an hour or so before an appointment but they got me taken care of and sent me on my way with a full new set of brakes. Really nice and very professional staff plus quick service. Can't ask for more.

Excellent experience at Brakes Plus today!! I brought my Jeep in for leaking oil - they saw me immediately, identified the problem and were able to fix it same day!! Stephen and Hamza were both amazing. They walked me thru the process, showed me the area on my Jeep and explained the repair. The cost was reasonable and I'm so thankful for their attention to detail and thoroughness in explanation. It really made me feel at ease and trust them. I was on my way and my Jeep is running great! This is now my go to place for my baby!

Awesome customer service from Polanco! Brought in my 2019 SUV to inspect a squealing noise that was getting worse. After initial inspection, Polanco recommended the front rotors and bearings be replaced. I agreed and let them do their work. About an hour later, he calls me back to say something was lodged in the bearing because the sound went away. There was no damage, so no need to replace anything. I was free to pick up my car, free of charge. I was speechless when they didn’t charge me a dime! That speaks to the honesty and quality these guys provide. I’ll definitely bring my business back to Brakes Plus. Thanks again to Polanco and his team.
