Just Tires

A few weeks ago I took my 2012 corvette here to get new rims mounted and balanced, service was good while I was there. I was getting black rims installed and I had them use the OEM silver lug nuts, a few days pass and my black lug nuts come in so I go to change them out. 3 tires were okay, when I went to change out the lugs on the front right passenger tire I found they cross threaded on 3 of the lugs and I ended up breaking off those 3 studs, instead of taking my car back to this shop I ended up changing out the wheel studs myself, this was very unnecessary and is easily avoidable. If you aren’t mechanically inclined at all this would have been a huge headache to deal with and you shouldn’t have to repair your car after taking it to a shop, I would not recommend taking your car here.

Coppell location-Great and fast service in a helpful atmosphere! I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in and were able to fix problem quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. None of the pushy upgrade selling I feel like a lot of places do.

The customer service is lacking. They do not acknowledge customers who are waiting or perhaps it was just about the fact that I was an African American Woman with an Afro. Because he acknowledged the person that came in after me and had a whole conversation about upside and how expensive things where. I finally just left. Why should I spend my hard earned money with a company that does not care about me.

David really do great job. A great service from just tires, I did alignment and it was amazing work. They also give many months warranty and I certainly recommend this place for the car.

Knowledgable employees advised me exactly what they were doing on the vehicle and have recommendations for tires in all price points. I was personally informed what adjustable camber bolts I needed for my vehicle to get back to perfect alignment. Toyota Corolla does not come with adjustable camber bolts from factory. Overall excellent business and they definitely made a life long customer.
