I’ve got both rear air springs replaced quick and affordable. I’d recommend this service to BMW owners. Also, I’d like to mentioned that communication with office manager was awesome. She clearly breakdown the price for the service, also they give me feee multi vehicle inspection and we already have 100k service proposed. I will definitely come back!

Bimmer saved me! I had a headlight out on my Lexus. Purchased a bulb from O’Reilly auto parts not knowing that I would not be able to change it my self. Tried several other local Kar places, but the bulb is a HID and they weren’t confident to change it. Called Bimmer and they were gracious in helping me. They prefer to purchase their own parts but they understood my situation and quickly replaced the bulb. I’ll be back! Thank you!

Fairly new to TX and after some research brought in a (new to us) 2014 328i for some work. BMS lived up to all their excellent reviews. Robert spent a good deal of time digging into what I wanted to know about the car, examined issues not listed for the appointment and made recommendations. All in all, I finally feel reassured that this vehicle will be a good purchase - mechanically optimal for my daughter to be driving around. The key issues were fixed and happy to pay them for their expertise.

Once the vehicle was in the hands of technician Robert Burns, within days he was able to make clear determinations and create a path moving forward. There was no pressure to approve unnecessary services, which gave me a lot of confidence in their approach. The team also went above and beyond by arranging an Uber so I could get back to work while my car was being serviced. The repair was completed within just a couple of hours, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Excellent service, clear communication, and a trustworthy team—I highly recommend them.
