Priority Tire

It was a very easy way to get the tires I needed at a reasonable price. Shipping was fast. Tires look good and feel good on the road. I will be back for more definitely.

One of the tires got lost in transit, tracking shows that, yet they still will not issue a refund. Have been dealing with this for 2 weeks now and still no refund. Not buying from them again. Update: After this review, took them 1day to refund me. Sad it has to get to this point for the customer to get what they are owed but got my money back. Overall good price, not so good claims department or customer satisfaction.

I ordered 4 tires for my truck to be sent to my house. 3 of the tires were the wrong size and the only correct size was defective. I immediately sent pictures in to customer service and returned 3 tires to one warehouse in Kentucky and 1 to a warehouse in PA. ALL of the tires were confirmed to have arrived at the warehouses, yet days later no one from Customer Service can confirm from the warehouses that they are there. This is the sketchiest business ive ever dealt with. How is it possible that you cannot confirm that a tire is there?? I want my refund ASAP!! Be very cautious on purchasing tires from this place. Someone that is above customer service level needs to reach out to me. Update: it’s been 1 week since my tires arrived back at the warehouses wand still no notification or confir

Fast shipping, great price, and very transparent process for purchasing. I was able to get everything done within a week of ordering the tires. In total I saved over $150. I would definitely be doing this again for any future tire purchases. The tires themselves are very good quality. They perform well and have good grip and traction. They are also quiet. I'll report back in 6 months if there are any issues.

Very seamless transaction! Price was $30 under everyone else per tire. Shipping was fast and zero issues with the transaction start to finish! Definitely will use this site again when I need more tires.
