My dad used Ruben and he suggest him for me since he is a very honest mechanic. I have some knowledge of vehicles and he told me what all was wrong with it and knew it was definitely true and needed parts. He is a very honest mechanic and I'd definitely bring my car here for future issues.

I came in for a check on my car for oil leaking. The mechanic looked at it for approximately 5 minutes. After those 5 minutes, he demanded $80. When I asked what the $80 was for, he could not provide a clear, written diagnosis. He scribbled a guess on a piece of scrap paper. I paid $80 and received zero useful information about what is actually wrong with my car. The service had no value. When I questioned the legitimacy of a charge for a service I never approved, his response was to threaten to call the police on me. I felt intimidated and coerced into paying just to end the hostile situation. I was charged a high fee with no prior agreement, received no diagnostic help, and was threatened when I challenged it. Ruben is honest and hardworking mechanic. He fixed my car’s AC quickly last week and AC works very well when I travelled to another city with my family this week. I am glad I found a honest and reliable mechanic near my home.

I had a very serious and dangerous problem with my vehicle. The battery was not charging because of a bad alternator. This had me stranded in heavy, freeway traffic multiple times. Orielly recommended him. Ruben looked at and tested everything. He fixed all problems that caused the trouble and explained it very carefully. He is very soft spoken and extremely intelligent. No hard sell of any kind. I learned many things about my truck from him. I now have a permanent mechanic. Very Happy.

I broke down on the freeway in an unfamiliar city. The jerk of a tow truck driver, randomly dropped me off in front of Ruben's shop late in the day on a Saturday. I was terrified. Not knowing what to do I called the number on the outside of the building. Thankfully Ruben answered! He just happened to be in the shop. He came right out to help me. He was so nice and kind. He fixed our car, was very honest, had great communication and a great price. I wish I lived closer, he'd be my go-to mechanic. I can't recommend him enough!!
