I cannot say enough great things about this place and the people. Everyone was so helpful and so patient with me when I needed a new suspension and alignment done. They were very thorough and efficient. They even helped diagnose some previously done work that was not done correctly. I will be coming back for all our car needs and will be recommending this place to everyone!

Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Zero Follow-Through My sister scheduled a 10:00 AM drop-off the day before. We arrived on time and were told we’d get a call in 30 minutes with a quote. That call never came. I followed up at 11:00 AM — they said they’d call back. Nothing. Called again at 1:00 PM — “the tech is at lunch.” Still no update. They promised another call within 30 minutes. Never happened. By 2:00 PM, my brother-in-law had to drive there in person just to get an answer. They told him it would be ready by 4:30 PM (they close at 5:00). We arrived at 4:45 PM — only to be told it wasn’t ready and we’d have to return the next day. I explained our mom was in the hospital and we urgently needed the car. They said it was “half done” and couldn’t be released — no apology, no urgency.

I had a terrible experience at the budclary dealer in Auburn. They failed to diagnose my car. I paid for a bunch of services that didn’t address what I needed diagnosed. As I’m driving from Budclary on the freeway the car died. I had it towed to these guys and they took a look and fixed it in just a couple days. I appreciate the fact that the dude named fateh at the front desk is a mechanic and not just some sales person who doesn’t know anything about cars. These guys won’t waste your money or your time they will get er done. Support your local shop!

I brought my truck in for a simple transmission flush, hoping to save money by avoiding the dealership. Big mistake. Day 1: Dropped it off at 8am. No updates all day. I called at 12 pm and was told a part had been broken and I’d need to pay to fix it. Confused, I went in person—turns out nothing was broken. The part actually broke. They asked me to authorize an extra $250 and promised it would be done the next day. Day 2: Still not fixed. No call. When I finally reached someone, they admitted they didn’t even have the part and would need to keep my truck until Monday. Throughout this ordeal, the manager never clearly explained what was wrong. Please don't go here. They charge a arm and leg for the easiest fixes. They scam you out if money. Charging 70$ for a new gas cap and labor. To screw a new gas cap on. The belts should not cost 1000$, 4 spark plugs SHOULD NOT BE over 440$. Like what? A 15-30 min job in labor is over 200$ plus another 250$ for the plugs? Na your crazy and wild. Avoid these scammers and find an honest shop. How dare you guys take advantage of people like this. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves....
