Fix Auto Maple Valley

I was a little concerned taking my truck to Fix Auto after a fender bender and reading some not so good reviews, but they have a lot of good reviews…400+ can’t be wrong. I was informed of the progress every day. That was good. Got my truck back after 2 weeks. Damaged parts were replaced and that was about it. Tail light that was pushed in, still pushed in with about 1/8 gap in one area. Bumper is installed crooked with a cheap after market part. Driver side is 1/4 lower than the other side and 1/2 inch out. The plastic step cover above the hitch is so thin it is curling up and inward. This is a $4800 repair? Was going to do the repair myself, but would have cost me $500 and time instead of the $250 deductible with insurance paying $4700. Now I have to fix it myself anyway. Not wasting my

Meagan was good to work with. She understood my desire to manage cost by using aftermarket parts vice all OEM. When I received my car it had dirt and grass on the passengers side. I had to request it be cleaned. Reasonable price and time for the repair. It looks great.

They were very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job repairing my car, and keeping me updated during the process!

Service and communication was amazing! There was a slight miscommunication but they were willing to get it done as soon as possible. The car turned out beautiful. I didn't get to meet anyone outside of the office but the woman inside were helpful and respectful! Hopefully I won't have to go back but if I do they will be my first choice. Love the Dog I wanted to take it home 💕

I came in, in place of my husband for an estimate. I was welcomed by beautiful decorations, warm smiles from the women and a very handsome Edgar 😊 I have to say, I wasn't looking forward to stopping in because its a male dominated space sometimes these kinds of places are just....yucky!... but I was pleasantly surprised!! The front receptionist (I didn't get her name) was so wonderful & helpful & very kind! Nikki was wonderful as well!! Very polite & had great conversations & stories! Edgar, her pup, was very welcoming and cute and wanted all the pets and belly rubs! The atmosphere in the lobby is a dream! To state again... Warm welcomes, beautiful decorations, an office doggo & plenty of pictures of everyone they work with & their customers! I will definitely be returning in PLACE of my h
