AutoZone Auto Parts

I’ve been to this auto parts, AutoZone many times, but today was just a really great experience! We have some bad weather getting ready to hit the Pacific Northwest and new windshield wipers were required, and Randy went above and beyond the call of duty to not only find the right size that actually fit the vehicle but then installed them for me. I am so thankful for such kindness and throughout the store. It was just a very nice vibe of everyone, just happy to be there and happy to help. Thank you!

Randy helped my husband and me with our crv today. Our car had the check engine light on and it came on out of the blue. Randy was super kind and professional and helped us find out what the issue was with their diagnostic tool. We found the issue and the part same day. I appreciate all the direction and reassurance he gave us. Thanks for all your help Randy and for such great customer service.

I was just in the the store and was asking for help getting a fuse kit for my car! The guy told me they don't have that information and asked what the problem was. I explained my power outlet and wiper fluid is not working and I wanted a kit to see if it was a fuse problem before I do anything else! He was rude and when I got a attitude and when I was walking out he told me they aren't a repair shop! I didn't ask him to do anything but help me get the right fuse kit because there are so many! I will be taking this to the district manager and corporate! I have never once had any problems with Auto Zone! I will never use this store again!!!

Robin was GREAT help with testing my vehicle and pinpointing the issues. Auto parts stores are everywhere, what diffeciates them is the employees.

Randy and Hunter are awesome! I went in to buy a battery and they went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this Auto Zone.
