The team here is so amazing. My car had been sitting un-driven for over a year, and I was nervous about getting it road-ready again. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They walked me through what needed to be done and made sure everything was safe and reliable for daily driving. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

I regularly go to vavoline but this specific location I really don’t like the way the guys talk to you is like your stupid. The other gentlemen at all the other locations are a lot more welcoming and nice. I would rather make the drive out to another location even though I live in maple valley that’s how much I don’t like being there.

I won’t trust anyone but Valvoline Express Care with my car! They always go above and beyond—fast, thorough, and reliable every time. The customer service is outstanding, and they truly make the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

I have never had a bad experience here. Always friendly and helpful. One time I had my maintenance settings confused and they let me know I was too early and they were correct! Instead of just doing the oil change, I went on my way until it was really time. Appreciate the kindness and the car wash right next door.
