NAPA Auto Parts - Mountain View Auto Supply

It had been years since I visited a NAPA store, until recently, when I began experiencing charging issues with my truck. I'll spare you the details, but I have been to this store and the Issaquah location multiple times, and I am going to do my best to never shop "auto" anywhere else. From charging my battery twice (in Issaquah) to assisting me with a frozen bolt in the parking lot, to instantly honoring a warranty issue without a reciept, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Reid, Travis, Brandon and Brianna for excellent customer service!

Slowest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They said they had the part, but then couldn’t find it.

Changing my review after being hassled for trying to return a $13 broken headlight that I ordered online. The box was clearly used and taped together with Scotch tape. Brought it home, realized it was broken, then took a lot of grief after returning it. This after spending $600 in other merch with no issues in the past month. Take better care of your Customers.

Nice family owned store in Maple Valley. Clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!
